Implementation Tips: 

  • Create a playlist of 2-3 songs that lift or center you. Use it when you feel stuck or off. 
  • Emotional shifts can manifest in our body before we’re consciously aware of them. Recognise the early signs (e.g. clenching your jaw, zoning out) and use them as a cue to reset.
  • Add short mood resets between tasks, after meetings, or before big work sprints to stay emotionally aligned.
