1. 1. Eligibility

      • This giveaway is open worldwide to individuals, excluding employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Swivel Pty Ltd.

      • No minimum age applies; however, participation is intended for adults.

      • By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions, Swivel’s Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

   2. How to Enter
      To be eligible, participants must be among the first twenty (20) people to:

      1. Follow the Swivel LinkedIn page;

      2. Share the official giveaway post on LinkedIn;

      3. Tag a colleague or friend (“work buddy”) in the comments of that post; and

      4. Send a direct message (DM) to Swivel on LinkedIn so that the access code can be sent.

      • Eligibility will be determined based on the timestamp of the qualifying comment.

      • All four steps must be completed before the participant is deemed a winner.

   3. Prize

      • Each eligible winner will receive a licence for Swivel Individual Pro valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation.

      • The prize is provided via a coupon code redeemable on Swivel’s website.

      • Coupon codes must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of receipt.

      • The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be resold.

       

   4. Verification & Disqualification

      • Swivel reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify participants who do not meet the eligibility or entry requirements, or who act in bad faith (including but not limited to sharing or misusing the coupon code).

      • If the number of valid redemptions exceeds the intended limit due to unauthorised sharing, Swivel may revoke or cancel codes at its discretion.

       

   5. General Conditions

      • Swivel may amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice, provided that eligible prizes already awarded will be honoured.

      • Participation in the giveaway does not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent access to the platform, which is subject to service availability and updates.

      • By tagging another person, participants confirm they have consent from that person to be mentioned publicly.

   6. Limitation of Liability

      • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swivel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

   7. Governing Law

      • These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
