1. 1. Eligibility

      • This giveaway is open worldwide to organisations of any type, including companies, non-profits, and government agencies, that have a reasonable proportion of sedentary or office-based workers.

      • The entrant must be an employee of the organisation and have authority to accept the prize on its behalf.

      • Organisations may be refused if they operate in industries Swivel considers, at its discretion, to be objectionable or incompatible with its brand values (e.g., gambling, pornography).

      • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Swivel Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.

      • By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions, Swivel’s Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

   2. How to Enter
      To be eligible, participants must be among the first ten (10) organisations to:

      1. Follow the Swivel LinkedIn page;

      2. Share the official giveaway post on LinkedIn;

      3. Comment on that post with their role and tag their organisation’s LinkedIn page; and

      4. Send a direct message (DM) to Swivel on LinkedIn so that the access code can be sent.

      • Eligibility will be determined based on the timestamp of the qualifying comment.

      • All four steps must be completed before the organisation is deemed a winner.

   3. Verification

      • Swivel may require proof of the entrant’s role and organisation affiliation, which may include LinkedIn profile checks, company email verification, or business registry searches.

      • If an organisation is found to be ineligible, the prize will pass to the next eligible entrant.

       

   4. Prize

      • Each eligible winner will receive a Swivel for Teams licence valid for twelve (12) months from activation, with access for all staff within the organisation.

      • The licence includes the full Teams feature set, including manager dashboards, reporting, and all available user tools.

      • The prize covers platform access and usage only; onboarding assistance, customisation, or enterprise-level setup services outside standard self-serve onboarding may incur additional costs if requested.

      • For organisations with more than 30 users, Swivel may require additional setup time to configure a custom plan for post-trial billing preferences.

      • The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be resold.

       

   5. Disqualification & Misuse

      • Swivel reserves the right to verify entries, refuse service, or revoke the licence if the organisation breaches these terms, misuses the platform, or acts in bad faith.

      • Misuse includes, but is not limited to, reselling access, providing false information, or unauthorised sharing of the access code.

   6. General Conditions

      • Swivel may amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice, provided that eligible prizes already awarded will be honoured.

      • Participation does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is subject to service availability, updates, and modifications as outlined in Swivel’s Terms of Service.

   7. Limitation of Liability

      • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swivel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

       

   8. Governing Law

      • These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
