After your purchase, simply nominate a registered charity, not-for-profit, or social enterprise that would benefit from Swivel’s support.
We gift them a matching licence
Swivel will provide your nominated partner with a complimentary licence for the same number of users, valid for the full term of your agreement.

After purchase, provide details of the registered charity, not-for-profit, or social enterprise you wish to support. If you need assistance identifying a partner, we are happy to suggest reputable organisations.
3. Activate and onboard both teams
We will set up accounts and provide onboarding support for both your team and your nominated partner, ensuring everyone can start benefiting from Swivel straight away.

Can we select any charity?
You may nominate any registered charity, not-for-profit, or social enterprise operating in Australia. Swivel reserves the right to confirm eligibility before granting the licence.
Is there an extra cost for the gift licence?
No. The charitable partner licence is provided at no additional cost as part of your purchase.
How long does the gifted licence last?
The complimentary licence will be valid for the full term of your paid licence agreement.
Can we split the licences between multiple organisations?
At this time, the gift licence is available for one nominated partner per qualifying company licence purchase.
Will both organisations receive the same features and support?
Yes, both your organisation and your nominated partner will enjoy the full Swivel experience, including all features, updates, and priority support.
